廣大興28號漁船事件從5月9日發生至今即將屆滿兩週，菲律賓刻意拖延耍賴，政府部門的英文國際文宣慢人一步還說明不清，致使台灣在台菲雙方的文宣戰中吃下大虧，國際輿論還一度轉為對我方不利。
