BioTime股東大會通過收購幹細胞相關資產計畫

(BTX) 4.23 : BioTime宣佈，5月21日股東召開特別大會，通過以下計畫：BioTime旗下子公司Asterias Biotherapeutics跟Geron Corporation收購幹細胞相關資產。
